Athabasca RCMP - Break and Enters to Calling Lake Cabins
Athabasca, Alberta - Athabasca RCMP are seeking the assistance of the public in obtaining information regarding a series of break and enters. In the past week, Athabasca RCMP received multiple reports of break and enters to cabins in Calling Lake area. The offences occurred sometime between the last week of April and early May 2018. Several cabins on Highway 813 and on Calling Lake Drive have been broken into, and similar characteristics are noted:
- Power cords unplugged and/or damaged
- Security cameras removed and/or damaged
- Main power meters removed and/or damaged
